Sunshine Fiesta Subdivision

Sunshine Fiesta Subdivision is a 30-hectare residential project located in Binangonan, Province of Rizal. The company signed a joint venture agreement with Dreamhauz Management & Development Corporation (DREAMHAUZ) for land and house construction.

Sunshine Fiesta, being an economic & socialized housing project, caters to the low to middle income families and overseas Filipino workers and available through Pag-Ibig financing. The subdivisions has 4,290 housing units in all.
UPDATES & DEVELOPMENTS

House Construction – As of October 2011, a total of 358 housing units have been constructed from Blocks 1-20 & 27 of Phase1. Another 100 units shall be built before the year end covering Block 13-18.

Meralco Updates – Meralco has completed installation of 73 Meralco poles beginning from the junction at East National Road going towards new Cardona Diversion Road up to Sunshine Fiesta Spinal Road. The new installation of power lines including transformers with 20KV primary wire, covers the housing units up to Block 17 of Sunshine Fiesta.

Water Supply – Water distribution lines fronting the units from Block 1 to Block are completed. The 3,500 gallon tank at the open area has been installed. The submersible pump is being installed for the interim supply of the daily water needs of move-in buyers.
