Procedure Stage 1: Secure Checklist of Requirement

Step 1	Go to the Pag-IBIG NCR/Regional Branch. For NCR, proceed to the Members Services Support Division-Servicing Department servicing counter. For Regional Branch, proceed to the Housing Loans Division (HLD) servicing counter.	Person Responsible Mortgage Loans Specialist
Step 2	Present one (1) valid ID (refer to page 19), and get the Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS). Submit duly accomplished MSVS. Get the following documents: * MSVS * Acknowledgement Receipt (AR) * Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Application Form * Checklist of Requirements

Stage 2: File Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Application with required documents
